Ingredients

Blueberries Flour & Cornstarch Baking Powder  Granulated Sugar Powdered Sugar Egg Lemon zest & juice Butter Salt Cinnamon Vanilla

How To Make  Lemon Blueberry Cookies

First, coat the blueberries with the cornstarch in a small bowl. 

In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, beat the butter, lemon zest, and sugar together for about 5 minutes.

Add the egg and the vanilla and beat until everything is well combined.

Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the coated blueberries, a little at a time. Then put the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. 

Then bake the cookies!

Drizzle with lemon glaze!
