This
granola smoothie
is a delicious and healthy way to start the day. It's creamy, smooth and made with chunky homemade granola clusters.

a high powered blender
Ingredients
½ cup (125ml) milk
1 banana, frozen
½ an apple, peeled
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup (about 40g) homemade granola clusters
+ some extra to top the smoothie
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a tall glass and top with additional granola clusters, if desired.
Serve immediately.

Baking Measurements
I have used weight measurements for all the recipes on this website. Even though I have also included American volume measurements for convenience, I highly recommend using a digital kitchen scale to weigh all ingredients for the most accurate measurements. Digital kitchen scales are more precise than cups, which is so important in baking, and they give the most accurate, consistent results. Happy baking!
