4 small serving glasses or tulip jars (I use Weck (220 ml/7.4 oz)
Ingredients
¾ cup (200 ml / 6 fl oz) heavy cream (with at least 33% fat)
7oz (200g) cream cheese, full-fat
1 can ready-made dulce de leche (13.4oz / 380g)
Instructions
Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set it aside.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and HALF of the dulce de leche together with a hand mixer until it's creamy. Don't overmix it or it will get too runny.
Gradually fold in the whipped cream. I do this in 2 batches.
Whisk the remaining dulce de leche in another bowl to soften it and make it smoother.
Fill the bottom of the glass with some of the remaining dulce de leche, about 2 tablespoons per glass. Then spoon some mousse on top and drizzle with more dulce de leche.
