Easy Healthy Watermelon Slushie (2 Ingredients + Vegan)
This healthy, refreshing watermelon slushie recipe is a perfect on a hot summer day! You only 2 ingredients to make it!
Servings 2 -3
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- about ½ cup water
- lemon/lime slices (optional)
- fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions
Freeze the watermelon
- Cut the watermelon into even-sized cubes and remove any seeds.
- Place the watermelon cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for about 1-3 hours or overnight. I usually freeze the cubes overnight.
Make the slushies
- Put the frozen watermelon cubes in a food processor (or a high-powered blender) and pulse for about half a minute, adding a splash of water. Continue until there aren’t any big chunks left, or it reaches the consistency you like, adding more water if necessary. Don't overblend.
- Serve immediately.
- If you like, garnish with lemon/lime slices and fresh mint sprigs.

Notes
Baking Measurements: I have used weight measurements for all the recipes on this website. Even though I have also included American volume measurements for convenience, I highly recommend using a digital kitchen scale to weigh all ingredients for the most accurate measurements. Digital kitchen scales are more precise than cups, which is so important in baking, and they give the most accurate, consistent results. Happy baking!
