WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
Ingredients for Greek yogurt with granola

- Yogurt: I always use plain Greek yogurt. My favorite is Fage 2%, because it's thick, it's not full-fat, and it tastes fantastic. You could also make this recipe with fruit yogurt and granola.
- Granola: For this granola yogurt bowl, I use my own granola recipe, which is refined sugar free. It's delicious, healthy, and tastes a lot better than store bought granola.
- Fruit: I love Greek yogurt and fruit! I use a banana, but you could add your favorite fruit. Fresh berries would be a good option, too, especially blueberries.
- Honey: I drizzle some organic Greek honey on top, but you could add some maple syrup, instead, if you prefer.

Recipe Notes
TOPPINGS & SERVING OPTIONS
There are so many ways you can enjoy Greek yogurt with granola! Here are a few ways you can customize this granola yogurt bowl recipe:
- Add your favorite nuts and seeds for more texture, like chopped walnuts, pecans, pistachios, or chia seeds.
- Instead of honey, you add some maple syrup or peanut butter on top.
- You could also add some dried fruit, like raisins or cranberries.

MAKE-AHEAD IDEAS
Make Greek yogurt parfaits. You can do this 1-2 days ahead. Just layer your bowl or mason jars with Greek yogurt and then fruit and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add the granola right before serving so that it stays crunchy.
Host a brunch yogurt parfait bar. This would be a wonderful idea for a brunch or special occasions, like a baby shower! You can put the granola, yogurt, and other toppings in bowls and the fruit on nice trays. You can have mason jars or cute jars for your guests to make their own parfaits.
TIPS FOR SUCCESS
- Prep your fruit. If you're using other fruit besides bananas, you'll save a lot of time by pre-washing them and patting them dry with a kitchen towel before storing them in the refrigerator.
- Add the granola at the right time. Since granola retains a lot of moisture, the longer it's with the yogurt, the softer it gets. I suggest adding the granola to the yogurt right before you eat it, so that it remains crunchy.
